2024 in Review
New Identity, Expanded Platform
At the start of the year, we proudly unveiled our new brand identity as a full-service, vertically integrated talent advisory firm, designed to address the full spectrum of executive talent needs – Executive Search, Organizational Consulting, and Executive Marketing & Job Finding. As part of this evolution, we introduced a new leadership team whose expertise and dedication have ensured that our clients receive the strategic guidance and high-touch experience they expect and deserve.
Launch of ESRA
In late summer, we launched ESRA (Executive Search Research Assistant), a proprietary technology developed by 20/20 Foresight that has revolutionized the candidate identification and research process. This platform has empowered us to deliver even faster, more accurate, and impactful results—an advantage that has redefined what our clients can expect from executive search.
Recognitions & Honors
20/20 Foresight was honored to be ranked #12 on Forbes’ list of “America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms” —our eighth consecutive year receiving this recognition.
