Founded in 1994, 20/20 Foresight began as a real estate-focused executive search firm. We built a reputation for having unsurpassed expertise in this sector, and today we are the firm of choice for real estate companies nationwide. Over the years, we replicated our successful process and expanded to include practices in financial services and professional services.

Bob Cavoto founded 20/20 Foresight in Chicago as a real estate focused executive search firm

2000

Expanded on success in real estate by launching Financial Services search practice

2001

Opened offices in New York and Los Angeles

2002

Established in-house research team Developed candidate and company databases

2003

Opened offices in Dallas, Miami, and Boston

2008

Transitioned all database and recruitment technology to the Cloud; 20/20 goes paperless

2016

Named to Forbes’ List of “America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms”; Opened office in Pittsburgh

2017

Joined Kestria: world’s largest executive search alliance; Launched DEI practice

2018

Developed and launched Proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS), database with more than 100,000 contacts plus automation which matches candidates to positions
