Regional President

The Regional President oversees the development and growth of 20/20 Foresight within their designated region. Responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, and service delivery. In addition, the Regional President, leads a team of consultants, managing their performance and fostering their professional development. Possessing expertise in real estate and financial services, the Regional President serves as a valued advisor to their clients on a myriad of talent-related needs.

 

Responsibilities

 

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Business Development & Client Relationship Management

  • Develop profitable business through effective client relationship building. This includes all business channels – Executive Search, Executive Marketing & Job Finding, and Organizational Consulting.
  • Manage and expand relationships to increase opportunities and further impact clients’ business success.
  • Develop hypotheses about client business issues based on sound analysis plus client, sector and industry know-how. Leverage insights to define, recommend and /or co-create strategic innovative solutions for clients.
  • Continually seek out opportunities to increase client satisfaction.

 

Team Management

  • Operate within a dual role as a player-coach.
  • Oversee a team of consultants providing direction, mentorship, and support.
  • Build productive relationships with team members setting clear expectations and direction.
  • Recruit and train new consultants.
  • Manage the financial success of the team and region.

 

Service Delivery

  • Manage executive search life cycle from search kick-off through closure.
    • Responsibilities include candidate identification, assessments, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
    • Provide project updates to management, client contacts, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure responsiveness to client questions and needs, delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.
  • Design and lead the delivery of services addressing client’s key workforce challenges.
    • Responsibilities include compensation consulting, succession planning, leadership assessments, executive coaching, organizational design, board advisory services, and litigation consulting.
    • Create powerful partnerships with clients based on quality and trust, providing credible counsel on the decisions to drive change.
  • Lead 20/20’s Executive Marketing & Job Finding program.
    • Develop trusting partnership with each client to achieve their ideal career goals.
    • Responsibilities include career coaching, resume development, personalized marketing campaign, interview coaching, offer negotiation.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus), plus 15 years of relevant work experience in a leadership role in real estate, financial services and/or professional services. Experience in recruiting and/or HR a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating new business and managing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, challenges, opportunities, and competitors in their niche sectors and regions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to “juggle” responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
  • Superior writing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively, strategically, and holistically, as well as to challenge assumptions, test hypotheses, and learn from feedback.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • A strong sense of ethics and integrity to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and confidentiality in their work.
  • Desire to work as part of a team to reach common goals.
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency in various digital tools and platforms (knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, a plus).
