Aaron is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services and real estate industries. He specializes in the placement of C-level and senior executive level professionals in the real estate and financial services industries with the unique vantage point of having served in similar positions.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Aaron was Managing Partner at Windsor Capital Group serving as a strategic advisor and CFO/CIO to firms in the real estate, private credit, and business services industries. Prior to Windsor Capital, Aaron was Head of North American Real Estate Banking at BMO Capital Markets where he led the buildout of a $20B banking platform. His background brings a wealth of industry knowledge and an extensive network of contacts.

He earned a Bachelor’s at the University of Illinois and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
