Allison is responsible for systems administration, database management, and plays an integral role in candidate development.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Allison spent nine years as the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant for Crown Advisors, an executive recruiting firm. She has a degree in Court Reporting and was an Official Court Reporter at Centre County Courthouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
