Andrew is a Senior Principal based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Charlotte office. Andrew specializes in the real estate sector in which he has executed assignments for real estate owners, operators, and developers, as well as private equity and investment management platforms.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Andrew was a Client Success Manager at Benefitfocus where he focused on driving customer satisfaction, continuity, and success across the customer life cycle. Andrew directed open enrollment projects for client renewal periods. Before recruiting, Andrew held a position at a German software company in Saarbrücken, in which he oversaw the research of potential customers and sites to break ground in the United States.

Andrew holds a B2 certification in German from Carls Duisberg Schule in Berlin.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from College of Charleston with a minor in German.
