Ashley is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Dallas office. She has more than 25 years of combined sales, team development, recruiting, and real estate experience. Ashley specializes in the real estate sector for real estate owners, operators, and developers, as well as private equity and investment management platforms. 

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Ashley was the Chief Productivity Officer for an industrial real estate firm in Dallas where she oversaw brokerage operations. She also has experience in office and residential brokerage and marketing.  Additionally, Ashley was an Executive National Vice President and Independent Consultant, performing in the top 1% of a direct sales company with a team across the United States and Canada. Her real estate background and team building provide her with extensive industry knowledge, and a deep network of contacts. 

Ashley is a Board Director for Level Pathways, serving at-risk youth with unstable housing, a 4Word Community Member, and a Member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. 

She received her B.A. in Psychology from University of Texas of the Permian Basin where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and is currently pursuing her MPA in Nonprofit Management from Grand Canyon University. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License.
