Evan leads 20/20 Foresight’s Greater Philadelphia region, bringing more than two decades of executive recruiting and organizational advisory experience. He partners with senior leadership teams across the real estate, financial services, and private equity sectors to build high-performing organizations and align talent strategy with long-term business objectives. Over the course of his career, Evan has advised more than 500 clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Evan spent 18 years at MSB Resources, where he served as Senior Vice President of Recruitment. While there, he personally led the placement of more than 300 real estate and finance professionals and played a key role in supporting a team responsible for over 1,000 placements. He also helped build the firm’s consultative services platform focused on employee retention and organizational engagement. A valued strategic partner to organizations and executive talent, Evan brings deep expertise across real estate finance, acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, development, and property management operations.

Evan earned a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College and is a native of Philadelphia.
