Glen is a Managing Director based out of 20-20 Foresight’s Los Angeles office. He has ten years of retained search and career coaching experience and brings over twenty-five years of commercial real estate leadership experience. His practice is exclusively focused on the real estate and real estate-related financial services sectors. His clients include both large public and the full range of privately held firms, in both cases serving family offices, private equity firms, local and regional operators, investment managers, financial institutions and fintech firms.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Glen spent twelve years as a nationally recognized commercial broker at CBRE, followed by sixteen years in senior leadership roles with Grubb & Ellis (Newmark), Colliers and CBRE, primarily leading national capital markets platforms focused on investment transactions as well as debt and equity services. Glen’s practice is highly relationship-driven, serving the full hierarchal range of his client’s talent needs.

Glen is a past member of ULI, NAIOP and has served on various municipal and county planning boards.

Glen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
