Jana is Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Los Angeles office. She brings more than 25 years of talent acquisition and human resources experience. Her search expertise includes real estate, private equity and financial services.

The majority of Jana’s career has been specialized in the real estate sector in which she has created, developed, and led the recruiting function for real estate owners, operators, and developers. Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Jana was the AVP of Recruiting & Engagement at IMT Residential for nine years where she focused on optimizing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Her 20-year real estate background provides her with an extensive knowledge of the industry as well as deep network of contacts.

Jana is Chair of the Board for the Los Angeles Chapter of TALK Talent, the world’s largest organization of talent acquisition professionals.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
