Jonathan is a Managing Director of 20/20 Foresight, covering searches, executive marketing, and organizational consulting across the US. He works with real estate clients across all functional areas including executive leadership, development, acquisitions, asset management, revenue generation, administration, and capital markets. Beyond real estate he also serves private equity and non-profit sectors. Jonathan leverages a deep consulting background to assist clients with organizational design and resourcing requirements connected to growth strategy.

Jonathan has more than 25 years of growth strategy experience in consulting, operating,  and  entrepreneurial  roles.  Working  with  global  leaders  across industries including Deloitte, GE, and Lenovo, he has led numerous projects that span all aspects of transformation to drive revenue and profitability with a focus on  customer  expansion,  new  product/business  model  development,  and organizational design. He has deep innovation experience leveraging cutting edge technology with an emphasis on developing management team consensus to drive change.

Jonathan earned a BA in Economics from Vassar College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Outside of the office Jonathan serves on the board of the Three Rivers Arts Festival.
