Lisa is the Co-President of Asset & Wealth Management, based in the Boston office. She brings 20+ years of experience as an executive recruiter and certified leadership coach. 

Lisa’s work includes leading searches for global asset & wealth managers, hedge funds, private equity/credit firms, insurance companies, and asset owners. She works regularly with global clients to successfully deliver on search mandates across the experience spectrum.  

Most recently, Lisa was a Managing Partner and COO for Winter Street Search, LLC. The firm was a leading provider in securing exceptional talent for the financial sector, from investment roles to C-suite leadership. Winter Street’s expertise spanned the full spectrum of executive search across both private and public investments, including portfolio management, research, risk, compliance, sales, and trading. 

Prior to Winter Street, she was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson where she served financial services clients globally. Her earlier experience includes senior roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles. She was also a Managing Partner at 76 Search Partners—a firm she co-founded as 75 Search Partners, with colleague Scott Vierra, and later sold. In addition to her executive search career, Lisa brings 12 years of front-line financial services experience in trading and investment research sales, giving her deep insight into the asset management and broader financial services landscape. 

Lisa received her B.A. from St. Lawrence University and is a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF (PCC). She is a Core Guide/Group Facilitator for CHIEF and also coaches senior leaders exclusively in Financial Services.
