Matt is a Managing Director of 20/20 Foresight’s Financial Services practice. He brings 15 years of experience within Executive Search and talent advisory. 

His practice focuses on recruiting mid-level to C-suite executives across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining 20/20, Matthew served as Founder and Managing Partner with Bespoke Search Group. In this role, he worked closely with high-growth VC and PE-backed companies, well-established brands, and publicly traded firms with a particular focus on Accounting & Finance and Operations roles. 

Before founding his own search firm, Matthew served as a consultant with the nationally recognized Lucas Group (a Korn Ferry company) in its New York City office, where he specialized in Accounting and Finance searches for both private and public clients. In addition to his search experience, he has advised multiple startups as a strategic consultant. Matthew began his career in the real estate and mortgage sector at Pacific Bancorp, where he served as Director of Operations and Investor Relations.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
