Mohit is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s New York office. He has more than 6 years of talent acquisition experience and brings more than 10 years of experience as a real estate executive. Mohit specializes in the real estate sector in which he has executed more than 100 search assignments for real estate owners, operators, and developers, as well as private equity and investment management platforms.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Mohit was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rockwood search for 3 years where he focused on real estate and financial professionals nationwide. Before recruiting, he held a senior leadership position at Carlton Group, a leader in the capital markets sector, in which he was responsible for raising equity & debt. His real estate background provides him with extensive knowledge of the industry as well as a deep network of contacts.

Mohit is a member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America).

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from NYU, Dean Circle and an MBA from Baruch College.
