Nisha is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. She brings 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional to 20/20’s executive recruiting team. Her diverse background in the sector includes her network and relationships with both public and private real estate market participants, which include owners, operators and investor across all property types.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Nisha worked in various capacities for PGIM Real Estate’s equity business. She held positions in Asset Management in which she oversaw almost $2B in AUM across self-storage and retail assets; Acquisitions, in which she was responsible for underwriting and/or closing over $4B+ worth of commercial real estate; and Portfolio Management, in which she helped to manage over $6B in global real estate securities.

Nisha has also been involved with various leadership groups and councils including the Diversity Leadership Network, Rutgers recruiting team, and working with charitable organizations such as YouthBuild Newark.

Nisha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
