Ron is a Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Pittsburgh office. He brings over 10 years of retained executive search experience to the firm with a specialization in securing leadership at the c-suite in the areas of Finance and Administration, Human Resources, and Operations as well as searches for CEOs and Presidents. He has vast experience on the owner’s side but has also partnered with some of the nation’s largest contractors, engineering firms, and real estate developers.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Ron was an Executive Search Consultant at several nationally retained firms focusing on recruiting top talent for institutions of higher education, healthcare, and cultural venues in addition to clients in the A/E/C space. He spent the early part of his career teaching and conducting research at various universities across North America and abroad as well as serving on several search committees.

Ron has also been a long-time member of the American Marketing Association’s Board of Directors and has held a number of senior leadership and executive positions at both the Pittsburgh and Boston chapters, including VP of Partnerships, VP of Sponsorship, and President-Elect.

Ron holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Philosophy and a M.A. in Philosophy from Western University. He received a (hons.) B.A. in Philosophy from Duquesne University.
