Sarah Wexler brings over 10 years’ experience in Human Capital consulting, specializing in executive search within the real estate and financial services industries. She serves as a Managing Director in the Dallas office, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Sarah provides resourceful and collaborative service and creative problem-solving on all engagements, always ensuring the best fit for our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining 20/20, Sarah worked as a Vice President at a global executive search firm exclusively focused on the real estate industry. Sarah has executed searches across all areas of commercial real estate, focusing on the senior to executive levels.. Prior to her career in executive search, Sarah worked in HR services in the not-for-profit and information technology sectors, while also working in her spare time as a research consultant on projects spanning topics from board compensation, Canadian banking, and Toronto politics.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree from York University in Classical Studies. She splits her time between Dallas and her hometown of Toronto. She enjoys reading, cooking, completing the Cryptic Crossword, and watching Formula 1 racing.
