Stephen Phillips serves as Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago headquarters. Stephen has an extensive background in real estate services, private equity/venture investment, and corporate finance. He uses his 30+ years of professional experience to design, build and strengthen his clients’ executive leadership teams.  

Most recently, Stephen was the Chief Executive Officer of Exacta Land Surveyors & Windrose Land Services. Previously, he served as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Chief Operating Officer of GMAC Home Services, Managing Director at Koch Industries, and held leadership roles in corporate banking with Bank of America and US Bancorp. 

Stephen holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
