Steve is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. He brings more than 30 years of experience as a real estate executive. Steve specializes in the real estate sector including search assignments for real estate occupants, owners, operators, and developers, as well as private equity and investment management platforms.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Steve was the Head of Real Estate at The Children’s Place, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, Citi Trends and 99 Cents Only Stores. His retail and real estate background provides him with an extensive knowledge of the industry as well as deep network of contacts.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from Muhlenberg College. He is a member of ICSC.
