Suzanne is a Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s New York office. She has over 15 years of experience successfully managing executive search and organizational consulting assignments across commercial real estate and financial services.  Her knowledge in real estate extends across disciplines, including debt and equity investments, capital raising, development and redevelopment, asset/portfolio management, restructuring, workouts, and credit/risk management.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Suzanne was a Senior Principal at Rhodes Associates, a retained executive search and organizational consulting real estate firm. There she executed C-suite, managing director, and VP level search services for large and small firms in public and private sectors. She focused on placing women and underrepresented minorities.

Prior to Rhodes Associates, Suzanne was an Executive Search Consultant at Sousou Partners, a global talent recruitment and advisory firm where she completed searches across Europe and the Middle East. Before Sousou Partners, Suzanne began her career with Picard International, a retained executive consulting firm. There she established a network of candidates to support retained search for top-tier strategy consulting firms, playing a pivotal role in assignments ranging from partners to senior partners and team lift-outs.
