Trent is a search consultant based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. He has more than ten years of talent acquisition experience and brings more than ten years of experience as a recruitment manager. Trent specializes in real estate, private equity, finance. He also has expertise in the tech and engineering spaces. 

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Trent was the Head of Research & Recruitment at DHR International & Jobplex (a DHR company) where he focused on large-scale, multi-position searches, and led a team of 30 recruiters and 50 researchers. Before DHR, Trent served as a recruiter for Farmers Insurance and led recruitment for Intelligent Medical Designs, a medical technologies company.

Trent earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
