Position Summary
As an Executive Recruiter at 20/20 Foresight, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and placing senior leaders within the financial services and asset management sectors. This role encompasses business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored executive recruitment solutions. You will collaborate with a high-performing team, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and expand relationships with clients in financial services and related industries, including asset management companies, investment managers, private equity firms, and family offices.
- Develop strategic talent solutions to address client challenges and growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide actionable insights.
Service Delivery
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive search engagements, including candidate identification, assessments, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Provide tailored recruitment strategies to address critical challenges such as succession planning, executive coaching, and organizational design.
- Deliver superior candidate care and ensure consistent client satisfaction by maintaining open and transparent communication.
Industry Expertise
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by leveraging your expertise in financial services to shape talent acquisition strategies.
