Position Summary

 

As a Managing Director at 20/20 Foresight, you will oversee executive recruitment operations, drive business development, and manage strategic client relationships within the financial services. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Development & Client Relationship Management 

  • Lead business development efforts, cultivating relationships with top-tier clients in financial services and related industries, such as asset management companies, private equity firms, and family offices.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition solutions tailored to clients’ unique challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Provide market insights, staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.

 

Team Management 

  • Oversee a team of executive recruiters, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture that aligns with 20/20 Foresight’s values and goals.

 

Service Delivery 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of executive search engagements, ensuring a seamless process from candidate identification to placement.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to address critical client needs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Maintain superior candidate care and ensure consistent client satisfaction through open and transparent communication.

 

Industry Expertise 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging expertise in financial services to shape talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying informed on asset management trends, financial regulations, and market dynamics.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

Experience

  • Proven track record of 5–10 years of leadership experience in executive recruiting within financial services, with expertise in placing senior leaders in:
    • Asset Management Companies
    • Mid-Tier Money Managers
    • Private Equity Firms
    • Investment Funds
    • Family Offices

 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.

Qualifications
