Position Summary
As a Regional President at 20/20 Foresight, you will lead the growth and development of our operations within your designated region, focusing on financial services and asset management. This high-impact leadership role encompasses business development, client relationship management, and service delivery while driving growth within the executive recruiting landscape. You will lead a team of consultants, fostering their success and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and expand relationships with clients in financial services, real estate, and professional services.
- Identify innovative, strategic solutions to address client challenges and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights by staying informed on industry trends and market developments.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of consultants.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
- Drive regional profitability and maintain high-performance standards.
Service Delivery
- Manage executive search engagements, providing tailored workforce solutions.
- Address critical challenges in financial asset management, including succession planning, executive coaching, and organizational optimization.
