Our client was an established investment, acquisition, and capital markets executive with public and private experience in the multifamily, medical office, retail, and hotel asset classes. He worked for a public REIT for 9 years followed by a break in employment when the platform was dissolved. He subsequently was employed by a company facing challenges in the hotel investment space amid the pandemic.
This executive presented 20/20 Foresight with an interesting challenge: pivot from the hospitality space and search for a position more aligned with his skillset in investment strategy, portfolio management, and strategic capital. Additionally, this Midwest Executive wanted to remain in the Midwest while his children finished High School, a substantial constraint.

We also perfected his online presence to align with his new resume.
- We then marketed him to hundreds of firms that met all of his requirements and provided our client with extensive one-on one interview coaching so he was able to clearly communicate his broad skillset on the many interviews he received.
Success
