Alan brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate with a diverse background including asset management of commercial real estate properties and commercial loans, portfolio management, asset valuations, due diligence, acquisitions, oversight of leasing and property management companies, investment sales, project leasing, brokerage, and conducting real estate auctions.

Prior to joining 2020 Foresight, Alan worked with firms such as Camelot Services, Annandale Real Estate, NorthStar Realty Finance, Fortress Investment Group, Cypress Equities, The Staubach Company, and GE Capital. Prior to GE Capital, Mr. Hargrove spent ten years in the brokerage business in Dallas, Texas.

Alan graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Economics and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License and a Texas Auctioneer License.
