Alex heads up 20/20 Foresight’s services in Texas. He has been dedicated to the hiring needs of the commercial real estate industry since 2005 and has participated in over 500 placements from experienced analysts to C-level executives.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Alex was Founder and CEO of Easton Executive Recruiting, where he built a reputation for being a trusted advisor to the real estate industry and providing career counseling, coaching and advise to real estate executives as both clients and candidates, alike.

Alex has experience covering all property types, asset classes and investment structures, with a core focus in the areas of acquisitions, development, asset management and capital markets.

A native of Fort Worth, Alex graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Accounting and started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick.
