Bob has personally completed more than five hundred searches for his valued clients in the U.S. and around the world. Bob’s extensive industry knowledge and unparalleled understanding of the hiring process has made 20/20 Foresight one of America’s leading executive search firms as ranked by Forbes.

Before founding the company, Bob served as the CFO of a $1 billion entertainment, finance and real estate company. Prior to that, Bob was the CEO of Merrill Lynch Realty-Chicago for more than seven years. He began his career as a consultant with Arthur Andersen, one of the “Big Five” accounting firms at that time. This vast industry experience gives Bob a unique perspective on the industries 20/20 Foresight specializes in.

Bob earned his accounting degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a Certified Public Accountants certificate and Real Estate Broker, Series 7 and 63 license.
