Cindy Gersch is a Managing Director in 20/20 Foresight’s Atlanta office with more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector.

Prior to 20/20 Foresight, Cindy was a seasoned development and marketing professional for more than 20 years. She founded and led NEU Marketing Group, an award-winning agency specializing in real estate development. Under her leadership, the agency achieved 125% client growth in two years and earned accolades such as Best Small Marketing Agency. As Vice President of Corporate Communications at Hunt Companies Inc., Cindy played a pivotal role in securing over $3 billion in new assets, expanding into markets like affordable and student housing. At Lend Lease Americas, she directed marketing for 11 communities and revamped branding for over 40,000 homes.

Cindy is also a published author, renowned speaker, advocate for chronic disease awareness, and philanthropist. Cindy sits on several nonprofit boards and founded two charities, The Hunt Heroes Foundation and Lend Lease Community Fund.

She holds a degree in Communications from The State University of New York at Brockport and completed the International Business Program, Innovation Experience Israel.
