Cole specializes in the execution of senior to mid-level searches for real estate operators, developers, and owners across the United States. He has clients within all major asset classes of real estate and has completed over 200 executive searches since joining 20/20 Foresight in 2018. Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Cole practiced corporate law in Illinois for several years. His legal aptitude and training give him a unique perspective on recruiting and has been highly beneficial for the firm’s research and development teams. 

Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Illinois Bar.
