Cole focuses his efforts on enhancing 20/20 Foresight’s candidate sourcing, research, and matching infrastructure. This includes ensures quality control in candidate sourcing, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to keep 20/20 Foresight at the forefront of sourcing innovation, and establishing a centralized and standardized candidate research process across all executive searches.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Cole practiced corporate law in Illinois for several years. His legal aptitude and training give him a unique perspective on recruiting and has been highly beneficial for the firm’s research and development teams. 

Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School.
