Cyrene started at 20/20 Foresight in 2016 and now serves as the Vice President of Operations. Her primary responsibility is the daily oversight of 20/20’s in-house research function, which encompasses a team of eight spanning four of 20/20’s offices. In this position, Cyrene is also responsible for systems administration, internal process improvements, and various special projects relating to technology and process globally across the firm. Cyrene also leads new employee on-boarding, training & development, technology, continued education business analytics as well as business intelligence & reporting. All of the above activities contribute to the daily operation and long-term strategy of 20/20 Foresight and each of its subsidiary companies.  

Cyrene received her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota and received her M.S in Management from DePaul University.
