Karen is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Washington, DC office.  She brings 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional to her role.  She has strong relationships with real estate owners, developers, brokerage professionals and private equity firms. 

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Karen served as Managing Director of Newmark’s top office leasing team focused on landlord representation in Baltimore, MD.  In this capacity, Karen built teams for building assets including space planners, property managers, asset managers and contractors resulting in enhanced efficiency and communication through the lease cycle.  She played a key role in company growth, driving more than 350 transactions comprising 7 million square feet.  

Karen also held positions at CBRE, Brandywine Realty Trust, and PREIT where her expertise included office, flex, industrial, and retail real estate.  Her extensive real estate background provides her a unique understanding of real estate firms and a deep network of contacts. 

Karen graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and earned her Maryland real estate salesperson license and CMD certification within ICSC.
