Kylie is a Research Coordinator based out of Pittsburgh. She is responsible for systems administration, database management, and plays an integral role in candidate development. 

Prior to joining 20/20, Kylie was in the Air Force Reserve where her focus was human resource management. She counseled individuals on career goals, and advised on promotions, training programs, and job specialties. She also provided counseling on specific benefit programs ad ensured that members were in compliance with policies, directives and procedures.

Kylie graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Psychology.
