Marc leads the firm’s work with senior business leaders pursuing professional advancement or navigating career transitions. He partners with executives—particularly in the commercial real estate and financial services sectors—providing strategic job search counseling, personal branding expertise, and targeted networking strategies.

As head of the firm’s Executive Career Counseling initiatives, Marc expands its impact by cultivating new relationships, designing tailored career development solutions, and connecting leaders with opportunities that reflect both their expertise and long-term goals.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Marc was the Managing Principal of the Transwestern National Net Lease Sale Leaseback Group.  With 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, Marc has overseen more than 400 transactions valued at over $1.5 Billion, including 300+ single tenant net lease property sales. Marc brings the same dedication and energy to 20/20 Foresight.  His real estate background provides him with an extensive knowledge of the industry as well as a deep network of contacts. 

Marc is an Illinois licensed Managing Real Estate Broker. He earned his degree at the University of Illinois.
