Marc is a Managing Director based out of 20/20  Foresight’s Chicago office. He specializes in the commercial real estate sector representing  public and private real estate owners, operators, and  developers.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Marc was the Managing Principal of the Transwestern National Net Lease Sale Leaseback Group.  With 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, Marc has overseen more than 400 transactions valued at over $1.5 Billion, including 300+ single tenant net lease property sales. Marc brings the same dedication and energy to 20/20 Foresight.  His real estate background provides him with an extensive knowledge of the industry as well as a deep network of contacts. 

Marc is an Illinois licensed Managing Real Estate Broker. He earned his degree at the University of Illinois.
