Matt is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. Matt brings over 20 years of experience as a tenant advisor to his role.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Matt served as a Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago specializing in tenant representation and transaction management. Matt advised both local and multi-market portfolio clients in office, flex and industrial site selection, leasing, sales and dispositions. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Matt held senior positions at JLL and The Staubach Company.

Through coordination of architects, project managers, general contractors, capital markets and investment sales professionals, furniture and A/V vendors, and other experts in servicing client needs, Matt gained insight into a broad cross-section of real estate disciplines during his career.

Matt graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a degree in Finance and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
