Rebecca Wilson

Rebecca heads up the New York regional office and manages core services including Executive Search, Organizational Consulting, and Executive Marketing, on a nationwide basis. She brings more than 25 years of operational, marketing, and strategic consulting experience to her practice, and focuses on the real estate, financial services, and private equity industries.

The majority of Rebecca’s career has been spent in financial services. Prior to 20/20 Foresight, Rebecca held senior roles with Citibank, HSBC and Lehman Brothers. Rebecca has a deep understanding of all aspects of operations, sales, marketing and financial functions and has worked extensively with C-suite executives. In addition, Rebecca ran her own strategy consulting firm and worked across industries in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Her consulting assignments included launching new entrepreneurial ventures, transforming operational processes of existing companies, and recruiting and providing executive coaching and strategic advice to CEOs.

Rebecca is a board member of the Women’s Business Development Council, an organization which supports economic prosperity for women and strengthens communities through entrepreneurial and financial education services. She is also on the Alumni Board for the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. She studied in Siena, Italy, and is fluent in Italian.
