Scott is the Co-President of Asset & Wealth Management, based in the Boston office. He has 20+ years of experience as an executive recruiter with some of the largest investment managers in the world. He has worked across all areas of public/private investments and brings a unique perspective having served as a corporate talent leader, internal and external search consultant, and as a human resources professional.

Most recently, he was a Managing Partner for Winter Street Search, LLC. The firm was a leading provider in securing exceptional talent for the finance sector, from investment roles to C-suite leadership. Winter Street’s expertise spanned the full spectrum of executive search across both private and public investments, including portfolio management, research, risk, compliance, sales, trading, and quantitative research.

Prior to Winter Street, Scott was responsible for leading investment recruiting for Liberty Mutual Investments, a division of global insurance giant Liberty Mutual. While there, Scott’s team increased the investment staff by more than 77 professionals and proudly achieved a 75% success rate for diverse hires.

Previously, Scott held key roles at BNY Mellon, Putnam Investments, global research leader Gartner, and Heidrick & Struggles. He was also Managing Partner at 76 Search Partners, a firm he co-founded as 75 Search Partners, with colleague Lisa DeConto, and later sold.

Scott received his BA from Harvard University. He lives in Norwell, MA with his wife and their twin recent college graduates, Amanda and Scott Jr.
