Shelley is a Managing Director with more than 25 years of recruiting, talent management and executive coaching experience. She works with clients nationwide to solve talent needs for real estate, financial services and other companies. A trusted coach and advisor, Shelley also partners with experienced professionals to support their growth and future success as they navigate career changes and challenges. 

With deep experience in talent strategy and team building, Shelley has focused on creating excellent experiences for clients throughout her career. Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, she led HR and Operations for real estate companies including a proptech startup in hyper-growth mode, a real estate investment and development firm, and a real estate project management firm. Shelley’s earlier roles as financial analyst for a project finance company and technical editor help her partner with clients across a breadth of industries and functions.  

Shelley earned a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College at Columbia University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is SHRM-SCP and coaching certified. Shelley is based at 20/20’s New York City office and covers executive search and executive marketing nationwide.
