As Co-Chairperson and Chief Administrative Officer, Stephanie oversees operations of 20/20 Foresight’s thirteen offices nationwide. She plays a key role in the guidance and leadership of the firm. Her knowledge and experience spans recruiting and sourcing in the real estate, financial, and professional services industries. She has more than 15 years of executive search experience and has successfully placed mid- to C-level executives in positions nationwide.

A California native, Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and a master’s in education with an emphasis in testing from San Diego State University.
