A Year in Review: 2025
Strategic Growth in Financial Services
This spring, we acquired Winter Street Search, a boutique executive search firm with deep expertise in financial services. This strategic acquisition marked a major milestone in 20/20 Foresight’s continued growth and further strengthened our commitment to delivering exceptional executive search services to the financial services industry. Lisa DeConto and Scott Vierra (formerly Managing Directors of Winter Street) joined us as Co-Presidents of Asset & Wealth Management bringing their experience and insight to help clients navigate today’s complex and competitive talent landscape.
New Artificial Intelligence Platform
We made substantial investments in Artificial Intelligence to enhance the speed and precision of candidate research, sourcing, and matching. While these processes have traditionally been time-intensive, our new AI platform allows us to aggregate data from thousands of sources to quickly identify, analyze, and connect with top talent. This evolution strengthens our approach and expands our ability to deliver exceptional results.
Expansion of Executive Marketing & Job Finding
In 2025, we expanded our Executive Marketing & Job Finding platform, growing our team of dedicated consultants to include Marc Imrem and Francisco Solares. Each brings many years of experience in career coaching and leadership development. With their expertise and our proprietary networking-at-scale approach, we are able to deliver even more targeted, strategic support to executives, helping them advance their careers and connect with the right opportunities.
Industry Recognition
We are also honored to have received multiple industry recognitions this year. We were recognized once again by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms for the ninth consecutive year, named to Hunt Scanlon’s Top 50 Recruiters for the fourth straight year, and included in Hunt Scanlon’s prestigious Financial Sixty list of leading executive search firms in financial services.
